Systems Virology Contract Data

This page provides descriptions and access to proteomics data generated by the PNNL Systems Virology Proteomics, Metabolomics, and Lipidomics Core via the PRoteomics IDEntifications (PRIDE) and PeptideAtlas proteomics data repositories. The Systems Virology project was one of four systems biology contracts funded by the NIAID Systems Biology for Infectious Diseases Research program from 2008-2013.

Clicking on the experiments listed below will provide access to the appropriate PRIDE or PeptideAtlas accession pages for the data.

LC-MS/MS proteomics data used to populate accurate mass and time (AMT) tag databases is stored at both PRIDE and PeptideAtlas, as indicated by the respective duplicate experiments below.

Quantitative proteomics data generated using the AMT tag approach is stored only at PeptideAtlas.
