Phosphopeptide FDR Estimator

This software is designed for analysis of phosphopeptide LC-MS/MS data. It first usees the Ascore method (see the abstract on PubMed) to more accurately determine the location of the phosphorylated residues in a peptide. It then uses linear discriminant analysis (LDA) to estimate an overall false discovery rate (FDR).

Processing details for this software can be found in the manuscript: "Linear Discriminant Analysis-Based Estimation of the False Discovery Rate for Phosphopeptide Identifications", Xiuxia Du et. al. in press at J. Proteome Res.
