This software includes two VB6 DLLs (MZXmlFileReaderDLL and MZDataFileReaderDLL) for reading the mass spectrum data from mzXML and mzData files. The two DLLs have similar class names and similar functionality. They can be used to read the files in a forward-only fashion, or they can pre-cache the location of each spectrum's information in the source file to allow for random access.
